As a reminder I am a home baker, operating out of my personal kitchen. I go through detailed cleaning checklists and take many precautions to keep all ingredients and cookware separate. I have also taken & passed the MO. food & health safety courses. However my home is still a nut, soy, dairy, shellfish, wheat, egg, & gluten, friendly home.
