Mon-Sat: 10am to 5pm Custom Cakes: 6am-10am (for summer time only!!) Sundays: Closed •Pickups or Deliveries before or after regular hours are will have an additional $10 fee (If I’m available) •All deliveries must be local to the Bay Area. Delivery fees are calculated $1.25/mile roundtrip. Free delivery is available for orders $150+ if you are local to me! •There may be a late fee added to your order if it is not picked up at scheduled pickup time. I will only hold orders until 8pm latest.

•All Available dates are first come first serve. Without a deposit your order is not secured. • Once an order has been picked up or delivered l am no longer responsible for anything that happens afterwards. It is your responsibility to properly care for the cake afterwards. (Cake Care card is attached to ALL orders!) • All "After-hours" and "Last minute" orders will have an additional fee. Fees may vary depending on order. • All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advanced. • Placing an order with me means you have read and agree to all of my policies. •Deposits due within 24hrs of me accepting your order request. •If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule please let me know at least one week in advance. 30% Deposit is Non-Refundable for cancellations. •I will not start on any order until a full payment is received. •Please read all policies + info prior to booking.
