CAKE : • It is recommended to place your CAKES order 1- 2 weeks before the date needed to ensure all customizations are made to your desire. Submitting an order form for an event less then a week in advance is considered last minute A rush fee of $25-$50 will be added to orders placed less than 1 week before the event, depending on the size and complexity of the order. • I bake everything from scratch in my home kitchen, using only high-quality, fresh ingredients. Each item is made with care and attention to detail to bring you the best possible flavors STRAWBERRIES/ TREATS : strawberries /treats are made for the time that is chosen by the customer If your order is not picked up within desire time frame, they will no longer be fresh.

• When picking up your order, please stand by the stairs and wait for assistance. I will bring your cake to you. • If you are using Uber for pickup, please note that once the cake is handed to the Uber driver, we are no longer responsible for any damage or delays during transport. Please ensure the driver is aware of proper handling instructions to maintain the quality of your order • All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds Once you leave with your order you are accepting it as an approved item. We are not responsible for any damages

Cake Care Instructions To ensure your cake stays fresh and beautiful until it’s time to enjoy, please follow these care tips: 1. Storage: • Keep your cake in a cool, dry place. • Refrigerate if the cake contains perishable ingredients (such as cream, fresh fruit, or fillings). • Do not freeze your cake, as this may affect the texture and quality. 2. Handling: • Always handle the cake carefully to avoid damage. • If you’re transporting the cake, keep it level and avoid tilting it. 3. Serving: • Remove the cake from the refrigerator about 1-2 hour before serving to allow it to come to room temperature for optimal flavor and texture. Please remove any cake decorations before cutting the cake. 4. Leftovers: • For best taste, consume the cake within 2-3 days. • If storing leftovers, cover the cake tightly and refrigerate to keep it fresh.

•Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. • Please arrive on time for your pickup. If you are running late, kindly let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
