All party packages include 60–240 assorted treats, featuring chocolate-covered strawberries, plus cake pops or cakesicles, Rice Krispie treats, and pretzel rods or chocolate-covered Oreos. Packages include simple designs and up to two colors.

The decoration fee applies to orders that require custom themes, including names, numbers, characters, logos, specialty molds, or detailed toppers. This fee covers additional materials, preparation time, and design work. Simple custom details: +$30 Full themed designs: +$45

Yes! Orders without the decoration fee will receive clean, simple designs using up to two colors. This option is perfect for birthdays, showers, and celebrations that don’t require themed details.

Chocolate-covered strawberries are included in all party packages. They are not included in our treats-only package.

Custom decorations require additional supplies, tools, and time beyond standard designs. Separating the decoration fee allows me to keep base package pricing more affordable while offering detailed customization for customers who want it.

Yes! Our treats-only package includes 48 assorted treats without strawberries or cheesecake shooters.

The most popular option is Party Package #1 (60 treats), which includes a variety of treats and strawberries—perfect for small to medium gatherings.

Each party package includes up to four treat types. Requests for additional treat types may incur an extra fee.

Party Packages include chocolate-covered strawberries and are designed for full dessert tables. Treats Only packages do not include strawberries and feature a smaller assortment of three treat types.

Strawberries are not included in Treats Only packages. However, regular or custom strawberry dozens may be ordered separately based on availability.

If you’re hosting a party or want a full dessert display, we recommend a Party Package. If you’re hosting a smaller gathering or already have desserts, Treats Only is the best option.

Due to the custom nature of our treats, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once an order has been completed or picked up. If an order is incorrect due to an error on our end, I am happy to: • Remake the affected items, or • Offer a partial solution, depending on the situation Valid proof (such as photos provided within 24 hours of pickup or delivery) is required.

• If an order is cancelled after production has started, no refunds will be issued, including deposits or full payments—regardless of the reason. • If an order is cancelled before production begins, a partial refund may be issued. Partial Refund Terms: • Customers will receive 60% of their deposit. • Refunds are issued at the discretion of “berriesbyjay”.

If I am unable to meet a requested theme, design, or customization: • The order will not be accepted, or • A full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.

Once treats leave my possession, I am not responsible for: • Damage caused by improper handling or storage • Melting due to heat exposure • Changes caused by delays in pickup

• Chocolate-covered strawberries: Must be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours. • Cake pops, cakesicles, Rice Krispies, Oreos, and pretzel rods: May be kept at room temperature for 1–2 days or refrigerated for longer freshness.

Yes. Treats may be displayed for a short period of time. I recommend limiting display time to 1–2 hours, especially in hot environments. For outdoor events or warm venues, refrigeration until serving is strongly advised.

Once treats have been picked up or delivered, “berriesbyjay” is not responsible for damage caused by: • Heat exposure • Improper storage • Delayed pickup • Handling after delivery

Cheesecake shooters must remain refrigerated at all times and should be consumed within 24–48 hours.

Please notify me of any allergies prior to placing your order. While I do take precautions, treats are prepared in a kitchen that may contain common allergens.

Treats travel best in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. Avoid placing boxes in trunks or leaving them in the car for extended periods.

No. Candied grapes are a seasonal item and are available spring through summer only. They are removed from our menu during fall and winter months to maintain quality and consistency.

Candied grapes are highly affected by: • Temperature changes • Humidity • Storage conditions Cooler weather and off-season produce can impact texture, freshness, and overall quality. To ensure the best experience for my customers, I only offer candied grapes during warmer seasons.

Candied grapes typically return to the menu in spring. Availability dates are announced on my website and social media pages.
