At least a week in advance. I only take a certain number of orders each week. The sooner you place the order the higher the chance of availability!❤️
Can you freeze the cookies before or after my event?
Yes! These sugar cookies do great in a freezer if stored and thawed properly. To store them, place in an airtight container in the freezer. Once ready to eat, take them out of the freezer 24hrs prior. DO NOT OPEN CONTAINER UNTIL COMPLETELY THAWED! If the air gets in the container, the icing will be ruined😭🙁
How should I store my cookies?
Keep your cookies at room temperature in their individual heat-sealed bags until you’re ready to enjoy them. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Do not refrigerate decorated sugar cookies, as condensation can affect the icing and design.
Are the cookies individually wrapped?
Yes! Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat-sealed for freshness!🍪
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date for custom orders. Your order is not officially booked until the deposit has been received.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is available in Evansville and Haubstadt, Indiana. Your specific pickup location and time will be confirmed with your order.
Can you recreate a cookie design I found online?
Inspiration photos are always welcome! I use them as inspiration rather than copying another baker’s work exactly. Your cookie set will be designed to coordinate with your theme, colors, and event while still having its own unique look.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
At this time, all orders are available for local pickup only in Evansville or Haubstadt, Indiana. Shipping and delivery are not currently available.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Belle’s Bakery is a home-based bakery, and products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present. Because cross-contact cannot be guaranteed against, I am unable to accommodate severe food allergies.
