What cake sizes do you offer? 8" Two-Layer Cake     •    Serves approximately 16-20 people.     •    Ideal for birthdays, celebrations, showers, and small gatherings. 3.5" Two-Layer Mini Cake     •    Serves approximately 2-3 people.     •    Perfect for date nights, small celebrations, gifts, or when you want cake without leftovers. Serving sizes are estimates and may vary depending on how the cake is sliced. Can I order a custom cake? Absolutely! Custom cakes are one of our favorite things to create. When submitting your order request, please include:     •    Event date     •    Desired serving size     •    Flavor preferences     •    Color palette     •    Theme or design inspiration     •    Any reference photos The more details you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life. Can you recreate a cake I found online? We are happy to use inspiration photos as a starting point and can create a cake in a similar style. Every Bellaire Bakeshop cake is handcrafted, so finished designs will be unique and may vary from reference images. What cake flavors are available? Available flavors and fillings are listed in the ordering section. Custom flavor combinations may be available upon request. How far in advance should I order a cake? We recommend placing your order request as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and custom designs. Availability is limited and dates can fill quickly. Are specialty cake toppers or decorations available? Yes, depending on the design. Additional charges may apply for specialty decorations, premium ingredients, custom toppers, edible images, or other custom elements. Can I request a simple design? Of course. We offer everything from clean and classic buttercream cakes to fully customized celebration cakes. Simple designs are often a great option for smaller gatherings and budgets. Is my cake order confirmed when I submit a request? No. Order requests are not confirmed until:     1    An invoice has been issued.     2    The required deposit has been paid. Dates and availability remain open until both steps have been completed. Do you accommodate food allergies? Most cakes contain dairy, eggs, and wheat. All products are made in a licensed home kitchen that also handles common allergens, including nuts. If you have a food allergy, please include details in your order request so we can discuss available options and whether we can safely accommodate your needs.
