About
Belgrade Bread Shed & Bakery is a small batch licensed home micro bakery. The bread shed will have a rotating menu with specials that will be available for online preorder/pick-up days. Follow our social media accounts for updates when preorder days go live.
Previously, I taught children’s cooking classes (from ages 2 -18), hosted children's culinary birthday parties, managed farm/culinary summer camp(s), organized large family events/programs, and baked for a farm café.
I have a strong passion for cooking & baking homemade from-scratch food using simple fresh ingredients. I utilize as many local & seasonal ingredients in my products.

Sourdough Bread Care
💥Consume within 2-3 days for optimal freshness & taste.💥
💥Store in a paper bag or bread box to preserve crispiness.💥
💥Avoid storing in fridge to keep it from drying out or becoming stale.💥
💥Freeze for up to 3 months. Slice bread before freezing.💥
💥Revive by sprinkling with water, then heat in oven 5-10 min at 375 degrees.💥
