Refund Policy

A refund will be given on all orders cancelled two weeks prior to pick up date. They will include the fee I pay to process payments. Thank you for understanding!

I love getting inspiration photos and ideas for your cookies! Please note, they are used for inspiration, not copied. I may not have access to the cutters and/or supplies! Thank you!

Shipping!

I am happy to have shipping available. I ship using USPS flat rate boxes. The large box is now $29.95. That is the minimum shipping cost. The date you have on your order sheet, is the date they will be scheduled to arrive, however, it’s possible they will arrive sooner. *it is possible that colors may run during the shipping time. I will not refund if that happens since it’s completely out of my control! *I add extra cookies into to each order to cover just in case a few break. Thank you for understanding!
