1. Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup or delivery.
2. What happens if I don’t pay the remaining balance on time?
Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your order without a refund of the retainer.
3. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Debit, Credit, Cash App, and Zelle.
4. Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Yes, but any changes (flavor, size, design) must be made at least 5 days before your event.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
• If canceled 6 days before the event, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Orders not picked up on the agreed date are also non-refundable.
6. Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available for an extra fee depending on your location. Pickup in Marion Oaks, FL is also available (exact address provided upon order confirmation).
7. What if the cake is damaged after pickup/delivery?
Once your order is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage. Please transport and handle with care.
8. Will my cake look exactly like the photo I provide?
We do our best to match your design request, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and availability of certain ingredients.
9. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom cakes.
10. Do I need to add fillings or extras separately?
Yes. If you’d like a filling or any add-ons (like toppers, flowers, treats, etc.), please make sure to add them to your cart when placing your order.
11. What are your business hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Pickup and Delivery)
Messages sent on Saturday or Sunday will be responded to during regular weekday hours.
12. How quickly can I expect a response?
You can expect a response within 24 hours, although we always try our best to reply as quickly as possible!
13. Do you accept last-minute orders?
Yes, we do accept last-minute orders if availability allows, but please note that a rush fee will apply.
