All orders are placed through Bakesy. Simply select your batch, choose your pick-up date, and submit your order using the form provided.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at pick-up.
Where do I pick up my order?
All orders are in Henderson, NV at your scheduled time (exact location sent after your order is confirmed).
Bear’s Bakes & Brews is a registered cottage food business — no shipping is available. Please arrive on time — late orders may be forfeited.
Can I customize my cookies?
No — to preserve quality and consistency under Nevada cottage food laws, there are no ingredient or recipe modifications on any cookies.
Are your cookies nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or keto?
Bear’s Bakes & Brews is not an allergen-free kitchen. Items may contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, or be made alongside them.

Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Yes! For parties, weddings, farmers markets, and seasonal events, please inquire through Bakesy for availability.
Are there seasonal flavors?
Yes — we offer monthly or seasonal batches such as our December chocolate chip seasonal batch. Availability will always be listed on the Bakesy menu.
