A while back our doctor recommended eating sourdough bread for its health benefits and that is how our SOURDOUGH journey began. Since we had a hard time getting authentic sourdough bread in Cape May county, we decided to make our own. For months we nurtured and cared for our sourdough starter, which is named “MaryJane” after the woman that has ultimately made this all possible. Once “MaryJane” was ready, the fermenting and baking began and the rest is history. We love making and baking foods that are not only delicious but also healthy and beneficial to our bodies and souls. Our goal is to provide Cape May County with healthy, authentic SOURDOUGH breads that have been fermented 20+ hours to ensure maximum benefits. We are so happy you’re here and can’t wait to serve you!

Sourdough is best when FRESH and we require pick up within 24 hours of being baked. It takes 2 days to make and ferment the dough so plan to order at least 3 days in advance.
