Bayan means ‘community’. Inspired by my Filipino roots and guided by faith, I bake Filipino-American breads with a twist, like ube cinnamon rolls and choco bread, right here in Valparaiso. Think of it as comfort food with a cultural hug. Pre-order, pick up, and taste the love!
