Best Sourdough! Tiffany
This summer, I was on the lookout for great sourdough loaf. After trying so many vendors at many farmer's markets, I was about to give up. So many had a STRONG fermented taste and uneven consistency.
Lo and behold, my dear friend Bailey started her own sourdough journey recently and made me a fresh loaf. That first bite was exactly what I was wanting and craving all summer!
Visually appealing, the crust was crisp, but the inside was soft and fluffy. And the taste had a perfect balance of sourdough WITHOUT that excessive fermented flavor.
My family has also tried her English muffins (my favorite 😍), banana bread(also my favorite 😉), and cinnamon rolls (kids favorite). All of them fantastic!!
These are baked in small batches, so you know that love and care are put into every creation. As a baker myself, I wholeheartedly recommend anything from Bates Dough and Daughter. You won't be disappointed!!
