Hello, my name is Sofia Celedon, and I’m the founder of Batelo Treats.

Batelo Treats began in 2020 as a passion for creating sweets. Over time, inspired by my fitness journey and a PCOS diagnosis, I shifted toward crafting healthier alternatives that fit my dietary needs. In 2023, as a powerlifter, I focused on fueling my body with low-carb, low-fat, and low-sugar treats. Sharing these recipes with my family, including my father, who has diabetes, reinforced my mission: to create delicious, health-conscious snacks for everyone to enjoy without guilt.
