I am so so impressed. I had wanted a branded cake with my businesses colors, and logo for our Grand Opening party. We have a custom color that we can never seem to get anything to match. Ashleigh delivered the most BEAUTIFUL cake matching our exact custom color, displaying our logo, and included her own creative additions to bring our vision to life. This cake was perfect for content, but was also so delicious. I had hoped to take some home, but we inhaled it basically immediately. I had so many people compliment the presentation and flavor. I will recommend BatCityBakes to anyone and everyone looking for a delicious GORGEOUS cake for any and all events in their life!

I’ve had many cakes before in my life, but the Star Wars themed cookies and cream cake that Bat City Bakes made for me? Next level. This woman is absolutely incredible. Not only was it soft, but she managed to get crumbled Oreo into the icing in the middle, it was insane! Ashleigh was also super accommodating when it came to getting an image put on the cake, I sent her something super last minute not expecting it to be there and without a hitch she got it on the cake. 1000% would go back for more cakes, special occasion or not—and you should too!

Ash made not one but TWO amazing cakes for our anniversary and she out did herself! We still can’t decide if we love the chocolate + PB cake or the lemon on lemon custard more… so I guess we will need to order some more cakes for a tie breaker! Can’t recommend BCB enough! Best cake in town!

Also, I might add that leading up to our anniversary party I was super busy and wasn’t the best with responding and Ashleigh was so patient and so sweet and I just can’t thank her enough for the cake of our dreams, it was the highlight of the party for me, and for all of her patience. What a delicious and beautiful cake. If you thought it was gorgeous on the outside, get your cameras ready for the first cut. The precision and bakery of the cake is just top tier. Frosting to cake ratio is perfect. Layering is perfect. Taste is perfect. Light and airy, but with enough of that cake density that you're looking for so you can say "that's a damn good piece of cake. " Absolutely wonderful. Thank you! This was my first Chai spice cake, I just love Chai and drink it daily. Pleasantly surprised at how successful it is as a cake flavor. If you're curious about the overall flavor profile, it sits between a pumpkin pie and carrot cake for me. Paired with the cream cheese frosting. Bam. Delicious. If calories weren't a thing I'd eat a slice every day. Can't wait to try the next flavor.
