These came out just the way I asked for them. That's good for starters. The cake of the cupcake was very moist and full. Flavorful to where you can taste the subtleties of each ingredient. We asked for a strawberry gourmet with Bavarian creme and you can taste the individual flavors as they combined to a creamy, dreamy cake. The icing was a strawberry meringue icing that was really fluffy, giving lots of volume to the cake with good flavor. The icing was green (per our request), but you could really taste the strawberry. We were very happy with how these turned out and will be back for future events.

Great food at a great price! Chef worked with us on flavors, had great ideas for decorations. It was a great experience and I will definitely work with her again!
