Welcome to Baking Memories – Sugar Artist
Hi, I’m Misty, the heart and hands behind Baking Memories – Sugar Artist. I’m a wife, mom, Mimi, and lifelong creative with a deep love for baking, design, and celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. What began in my home kitchen creating custom cakes eventually led me to discover my true passion—cookie decorating—in 2019, and it completely changed the direction of my business.
After years of designing cakes, I fell in love with the artistry, detail, and storytelling that custom sugar cookies allow. Since then, I’ve focused on creating beautifully handcrafted cookie designs for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and community fundraisers. Every cookie is thoughtfully planned, every detail matters, and each order is made with intention—because your celebrations deserve something truly special.
To me, cookies are more than dessert. They’re conversation starters, keepsakes, and a sweet way to capture memories long after the last bite. Capabilities & Pricing
Custom Decorated Cookies: I offer what commercial bakeries can not offer, Custom Cookies! Pricing varies on complexity of design.
Characters, writing, etc. take a lot of time and will be priced accordingly.
9” Cookie Cakes are $50 - serves 10-12
Tiered Cookie Cakes - price varies by size
Drop Cookies are $30 for 2 dozen - ONE flavor
All orders must be paid in full the Monday prior to your pickup.
Host a cookie class!
I will bring all the cookies, icing and all the tools to your home, workplace, or other venue. You can select a theme and I’ll set up a design that anyone can do. There’s a 10 person minimum and 25 person limit.
Includes three delicious vanilla cookies, up to 3 colors of royal icing, and all the tools to decorate the cookies. Plus 2 hours of instruction.
Policies
Pick Up Policy
Every order submitted must have a date and time you want to pick up. Please stick to your scheduled pick up time. I am very busy and have to run my errands on weekends, I am not able to sit and wait endlessly for orders to be picked up. If there are extenuating circumstances, please make prior arrangements to reschedule your pick up time. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you're unable to keep a scheduled order, please give 30 day notice if possible. There is a 20% cancellation fee. Cancelling prior to two weeks before pick up date will incur a 20% cancellation fee plus and credit card fees that were charged to me. No refunds will be given to orders cancelled within two weeks of the pick up date. (At this point supplies, plans, time, etc. has been spent on your order). Moving your pick up date to another week will be seen as a cancellation, if I am already booked.
Custom Cookies- Licensed Characters
I no longer do licensed characters cookies. I can do cookies that match your theme, but I cannot do the actual characters, this is a copyright infringement and not worth the fines that could incur.
