About
Hi! I’m Grant, and I’m a professionally trained baker and home baking fanatic!
Starting the process of hopefully having my own brick and mortar bakery and pastry shop one day!
From my home, I specialize in cookies and hand-held desserts and pastries (I.E. macarons, tartlets, cupcakes), and feel confident I could bring any flavor to life through their lens!
I also do larger scale layer cakes, pies, or anything of the sort, but prefer that on an individual basis!
The only area I would say I’m not who you’re looking for in, would be traditional breads like sourdough.
Capabilities & Pricing
Cookies - Start at 25$ per dozen, but keep in mind these are quite large cookies!
Filled and Pie Cookies - 30$ per dozen
Cakes - Starting at 55$ for a plain vanilla or chocolate, 6 inch, 3 layered cake.
- 65$ for 8 inches
- 75$ for 9 inches
- Filled cakes increase price by ~10$
- This is just a base, individually this can vary quite a bit depending on what you’d like it to include!
Macarons - 35$ for an order of 24.
- Filling(s) or Flavored Shell preference can slightly affect price.
Tartlets - 30$ for an order of 8.
- Fillings/additions can also affect price.
Orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance. 3 days in advance minimum, and will incur a 10$ minimum fee depending on the order.
