🎂 Deposit Required to Place an Order A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The deposit must be made within 48 hours after receiving date confirmation. If the deposit is not made within this time frame, we cannot guarantee your requested date. 🎂 Response Time Please allow 2-3 business days for a response to your inquiry. Orders are processed in the order they are received. 🎂 Availability & Order Early Option Always check availability before placing an order. If your desired date is unavailable, feel free to reach out as we may be able to accommodate. Keep in mind, fully decorated cakes are safe to store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, so ordering in advance is an option. 🎂 Location We are located in Fort Pierce, FL 34951. All orders are for pickup only. 🎂 Pickup Times Standard pick-up times are after 4:00 PM. If a different time is required, please include this in your order form, and we will do our best to accommodate. 🎂 Closed on Sundays and Select Mondays We do not take orders for pickup on Sundays, and most Mondays, unless otherwise posted. 🎂 No Refunds We operate under a no-refund policy. If you need to cancel your order, we are happy to reschedule for another occasion. Please notify us as soon as possible for any changes. 🎂 Changes to Orders Any changes to your cake order must be communicated at least one week before the scheduled pickup. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes to the original order. 🎂 Final Payment The remaining balance for your order must be paid the week of pickup. 🎂 Customizations & Special Requests We offer additional options such as special flavors, cake toppers, images, cherries, and full glitter tops for an extra charge. As all cakes are unique, pricing will vary. Please provide all specific details when placing your order, and we will work to bring your vision to life! 🎂 Allergy Notice Please note that our cakes are not gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan. If you have any allergies or aversions, it is your responsibility to notify us during the ordering process. We will determine if any substitutions can be made to accommodate your needs. 🎂 Post-Pickup Responsibility Once the cake has been picked up, we are no longer responsible for it. Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and taken out one hour before serving. Do not leave your cake out in the heat, as it may melt. 🎂 Picking Up at Scheduled Time Please be sure to pick up your cake at the scheduled time. We strive to maintain our schedule, and late pickups may cause delays or inconvenience to other customers. If you are unable to pick up at the agreed time, notify us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
