🧾 Payment & Booking

- Full payment is required to confirm your order.

- Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance for ingredient sourcing and scheduling.

- No changes to design or flavor can be made within 72 hours of the pick-up date.

🧊 Storage

- Cakes (excluding those with fresh flowers) stay fresh for at least 5 days when refrigerated.

- Chantilly cakes should be refrigerated immediately.

- Buttercream cakes should be brought to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Remove flowers, decorations, and toppers completely before serving to avoid health risks.

- Some cakes include support dowels—please do not smash the cake.

🚗 Transportation

- Cakes can withstand up to 1 hour of travel in an air-conditioned vehicle.

- Keep the cake level and away from heat to prevent melting.

❌ Cancellation Policy

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of order confirmation.

- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of order confirmation.

- No cancellations, changes, or postponements within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up.

- I strive to closely match inspiration photos, but 100% identical results are not guaranteed.

- Cake design is subjective—no refunds will be given for dissatisfaction, but partial store credit may be offered.
