How do I order?
Simply browse our shop on the Bakesy app, select your item (custom bake or treat box) then request an order, Easy as pie!
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for custom bakes or large orders. Lead times may vary during busy seasons.
Can I order for events or gifting?
Absolutely! Our bakes make perfect party favors, thank-you gifts, and event treats. Just let us know the occasion and we’ll do the rest.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! You can choose your flavors from our menu or message us for special requests. We love creating something just for you!
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer free delivery in Kirkby Stephen, Brough, Sedbergh, Appleby, Kendal and Penrith every Thursday & Friday! We do also have pickup options available!
Are your bakes allergy friendly?
