OMG I cannot rave enough about this baker and her masterpieces!! I was so honored to be her first mocha tres leches order because that thang was 100/10 bomb. Not overwhelmingly sweet but definitely gave mocha! And that chocolate cake??? Ima need it every time now. Not to mention Ri is literally so sweet and easy to work with. I’m so thankful to have found Bakes By Ri! She will be making all of the cakes for my family events now <3

I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday. I sent an inspiration photo of what I wanted and she was able to deliver. Not just that but the cake tasted amazing and didn’t just look nice. She completed the order by the completion date in time for the event that I needed it for.

Rio absolutely killed the galaxy concept of this Mario Galaxy cake! She heard what I was invisioning and made it come to life! My son loved the cake so much, and it tasted just as good!

Requested a Pokémon cake for my grandson. It was made exactly as we discussed. Inside and out, it was perfect! Fresh. Full of flavor. And my grandson was delighted. This was my 2nd purchase. So pleased that I am making my 3rd purchase next month for my granddaughters birthday. Bakes by Ri is very talented. Her work is gorgeous! And she bakes your treasures with her heart. Beyond satisfied customer here.

I had Bakes by Ri do some last minute cupcakes for my small wedding/elopement. The vanilla bean cupcake with whipped cream frosting was INCREDIBLE. By far the most delicious flavor, moist (yes that word), tasty, and soft. I’ve known Rio since we were in first grade, and supporting a small business was the best decision I’ve made! Rio made my daughter 12th birthday cake and it turned out beautiful and it was so delicious. This was the 2nd cake I ordered from her and both requested have been unique and Rio again didn’t disappoint. My kids absolutely loved their cakes.

Rio made me the most gorgeous & delicious cookies for my business to take for a valentines event! I totally spaced getting them and ask her with little short notice and she still executed them so beautifully! I highly recommend her for any of your goodie needs. She is amazing!!
