When my daughter was born I had to take a step back from working full time at a bakery to be a stay at home father. I am still employed but only part time as a baker. This has put the break on pursuing my dreams of owning my own bakery for the next few years. Doing a cottage food bakery allows me to start taking the steps to owning my bakery while allowing me to control my own schedule so I can take care of my daughter.
