Hi! I’m Saray and this is my microbakery, Bakery House!
I have been baking since I was 11 yrs old. That’s when I started to take pastry and baking classes, classes for adults, by the way. It took a lot of convincing for my mother to do to get me in that school. I excelled at every class because I loved baking. Baking delicious foods is a passion to me and you will find this to be true when you have the first bite!

Pre-orders: Place your order and pay ahead of time for pick Saturdays for easy ‘stop and grab’ your order. Local pick up: We are located in Homosassa FL. Pick up day is Saturdays at Howard’s Market on Hwy 19 starting at 9am with easy convenient access location. Deliveries: We offer delivery on orders over $100 with a $10 delivery fee added to the order; covering Crystal River, Homosassa, Lecanto, Inverness, and Beverly Hills.
