Please read this before ordering, as your question may be answered here! Q: Is this really Gluten Free? A: Yes. Everything I bake is Gluten Free and wheat-free (no gluten-removed wheat starch here). My home kitchen is dedicated GF. Q: Are your treats vegan? A: Not innately, no. But I'm happy to accommodate vegan requests. Please message me for special requests, and we can work out the details. Q: What common allergens do your treats have? A: Most of my treats include Dairy and Eggs. I mix my own flour blend, and it includes milk powder. For vegan / dairy-free requests, I whip up a fresh batch of flour that does NOT include milk powder. Some of my treats may also include Soy, Cinnamon, or Nuts, depending on what it is. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions and I'll let you know exactly what is in it before you order. I make sure to thoroughly sanitize my baking equipment between orders to ensure there is no cross contact. Q: Will you bake for my event? A: Yes, I'd be happy to! But you will need to message me directly so we can work out the details. For large orders, I ask for at least one month's advance notice. Q: You say your treats are Gluten Free, but some of your items use oats. What's up with that? A: Currently, the only item on my menu that uses oats are my Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I use purity protocol oats to ensure they are safely GF. There are no oats in my flour blend. If you are sensitive to oats, even when they are purity protocol, rest assured that only that one item has oats in it. Q: Can you send me the full ingredient list of what I want to order before I order it? A: Yes, I'm more than happy to do so. I also try to make sure I list allergens where they crop up, but I'm only human! Please don't be afraid to message me for clarification. Q: Is there anything on your menu that can not be made Vegan? A: Unfortunately, my Ube Tea Cookies can not be made Vegan, because they can not be made Dairy Free. I have tried, but it just doesn't work :C Q: Can you make [x]? A: Maybe!
