No, if you choose to pick up your cake/treats, you take full responsibility of your items at time of pick up. Baker E is no longer responsible once the items picked up.
Will I get reimbursed or refunded for damage to my cake/treats after delivery?
No, once an item has been delivered and accepted, Baker E is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur. Please ensure your designated area is ready for cake/treats placement upon delivery to avoid additional handling of items & increase the risk of damage. If you choose to add a topper or any additional decor to your cake or treats after delivery, the integrity of the cake/treats may be compromised, Baker E is not responsible for any damage as a result of any changes to items.
