🍰 Baker Bae Full Terms & Conditions (Effective January 1, 2026) By submitting an order request through Baker Bae, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to protect both the baker and the customer, and to ensure every order receives the care and attention it deserves. 1️⃣ Payments & Deposits • Orders $50 and under must be paid in full at the time your order is accepted. • All other orders require a non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of order acceptance. Dates are not officially reserved until the deposit is received. • Final payment is due 5 days before your pickup or delivery date. • If final payment is not received by the due date, and no communication is received by the customer, work on your order will not begin and your order may be delayed or canceled. • Baker Bae is not responsible for delays caused by missed or late payments. • No payments will be accepted after pickup or delivery. All invoices must be satisfied beforehand. • Orders needed in less than 7 days must be paid in full upon acceptance. These orders are considered rush orders and are non-refundable. 2️⃣ Pickups & Delivery • Orders with weekday need-by dates may be picked up after 7:30 PM (applicable 1/1/26–6/1/26). If you need an earlier pickup, please schedule your need-by date as the day before. • Orders may be picked up or arranged for a meet-up location. • For deliveries outside Springfield, OH, there is a $0.75 per mile round trip delivery fee. 3️⃣ Rush Orders • Baker Bae does not accept same-day orders. • Orders requested within 48 hours of the need-by date will include a $40 rush fee, if accepted. • Rush requests are subject to schedule availability and must be confirmed by the baker before acceptance. 4️⃣ Design & Creative Rights • Baker Bae reserves the right to decline any order that does not align with her artistic style or creative direction. • Orders featuring profanity, drugs, violence, offensive or degrading language, or imagery will not be accepted. • Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas are not guaranteed. Each order is customized with creative interpretation and design adjustments as needed for structure, color, or quality. 5️⃣ Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers • Deposits are non-refundable. • If full payment is made at booking and the customer cancels, your payment may be transferred to a new date within 60 days, provided proper communication is made. • Full refunds will only be issued if Baker Bae must cancel your order due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer outside the transfer window. 6️⃣ Allergies & Food Safety • Baker Bae operates from a home kitchen that may process common allergens including eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. • While every precaution is taken to prevent cross-contamination, Baker Bae cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. • It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any food allergies before confirming an order. 7️⃣ Acknowledgment By booking with Baker Bae, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all policies listed above. You understand that failure to meet payment deadlines, provide accurate information, or maintain timely communication may result in order cancellation or forfeiture of deposit.

Baker Bae delivers locally for free within 10 miles. There will be a fee to deliver outside of the 10 mile radius at $15 per each additional 10 miles. The maximum travel distance is 60 miles. If you need to meet the baker for pick up that can be arranged on an individual basis.** All orders are boxed and delivered “as is”. If you are in need of the Baker setting your event up please detail that in your order request. There is a set up charge and the fee is dependent upon the amount of desserts being displayed. Set up fees range from $25-$75** If you are in need of display equipment, the Baker can provide a rental for display equipment for a non-refundable fee of $35** All display equipment is due back to the Baker within 48 hours of the end of your event. **Terms and conditions are subject to change.

When booking, please utilize the “details” section and “inspiration” attachments feature to include details such as dessert flavor, color, theme, type of celebration, spelling of names, inspiration etc. If these details are not included when ordering, the detail may be declined and asked to re-request with the mentioned details. While inspiration photos are a great reference for the Baker to help create your custom, memorable dessert… please consider that the Baker does not “copy” inspiration photos detail by detail as we respect other Baker’s work and dedication. The Baker will use the photos as inspiration only.
