I ordered a custom cake from Erliz of Bake N Bite ATX for my daughter Janelle’s Sweet 16 and it was amazing! The cake was half Strawberry with jelly filling and half Ube (a Filipino favorite)—so moist and delicious. I wanted something half Filipino, half American, and Erliz made it happen beautifully. The design was stunning and the flavors were perfect. Highly recommend her for any special occasion!

I have ordered cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls - every single time I am so impressed with not only how amazing everything tastes, the presentation is above par, the customer service is excellent.

If you’re looking for amazing cake, you’ve got to order from (Bake’s N Bite)The ordering process was easy and she communicated with me the whole time. The vanilla cake we got was AWESOME! It was super moist, the flavor was great, and the frosting was excellent. Ordered a custom cake for my birthday with some inspiration photos (camouflage) and a request for strong ube flavor. The cake turned out looking better than the inspiration photos and the ube flavor was on point! I also added an order of ube pan de sal and had them for breakfast today, absolutely delicious. Will be ordering from them again!

Erliz is a true cake artist. The first time I reached out to her was for a very specific request that I was sure would be a “too good to be true” ask. But she made it happen! I’ve thrown so many specific request at her with just a Pinterest image as inspo, and she always delivers 10/10. Plus - who cakes are DELICIOUS. It’s never a question of who to work with for all our cake needs. Most recently she created two smash cakes for us with a very short turnaround window, and they were absolutely beautiful.

Bake’n Bite made an absolutely delicious and gorgeous “80” birthday cake for my MIL’s birthday! Everybody at the party complimented it and asked where I got it from. My MIL loved her cake as well. I will definitely order again for another occasion!

We used Bake N Bite ATX for our baby shower. Erliz provided the table, the decor, and desserts. Everyone at the shower loved the variety of desserts. She was very professional, kind, and on time. Her cupcakes were the best! Would highly recommend!

I asked them to make a Nicki Minaj inspired cake and they not only nailed it but also took time to ask for my feedback before delivery to be sure we could bring the cake design to another level, they did an amazing job definitely will go buy for another cake need. I ordered a tres leches cake with strawberries on top from Erliz, and as always, it was absolutely amazing! 🍓🎂 I’ve been ordering cakes from Bake’n Bite ATX since 2020, and they never disappoint. The tres leches was perfectly moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. The fresh strawberries on top added a beautiful, refreshing touch. Erliz is an absolute joy to work with! Her cakes and cupcakes are not only beautifully crafted and creative, but also incredibly delicious. I have commissioned Bake’n BiteATX for several desserts: UBE Cookies & Pandesal, Mango Float Dessert, Chocolate Mousse Cake, Macaroons (my daughter's favorite dessert), the most delicious Heavenly Cinnamon Rolls, and beautifully designed birthday cakes. Erliz's meticulous attention to detail in her cake designs is fantastic, and her cakes are so yummy. She pays attention to details and adds a lot of love to her work, which shows.
