This does not guarantee acceptance or availability of products. 1.2 Payment We accept payment via credit/debit cards, online payment systems, and any other method specified on our website. All payments are due at the time of order unless paying in cash, cash app, or Zelle upon pick up or delivery 1.3 Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) will be added at checkout. 2. Custom Orders 2.1 Custom Orders Custom orders (such as personalized cookie boxes or treat boxes) may require advanced notice and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for custom designs. Cancellations or changes to custom orders must be made at least 42hrs before the scheduled delivery date. 3. Delivery & Porch Pick Up 3.1 Delivery Porch pick ups & deliveries are every Friday unless otherwise stated. We offer free delivery to the specified areas: Ormond Beach, Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, Daytona Beach. All other areas are $8. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and will be added during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 3.2 Local Pickup Customers who choose porch pickup agree to collect their orders from our specified location on the scheduled date during the designated time period. Failure to do so may additional storage fees. 3.3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24hrs of delivery or pickup so we can resolve the issue. 4. Returns and Refunds 4.1 Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, all cookies, cakes, and other baked goods are non-returnable.
