Warm greetings!
I am Angiel Conrad, the owner and baker at BakeHaven Cottage. My passion for baking blossomed during my time as a stay-at-home parent, caring for my three school-aged children. Over the years, I have refined my baking skills by creating birthday cakes for my children, family, and friends. Additionally, I possess a background in the hospitality industry, where customer service and restaurant operations were areas of particular strength, ultimately inspiring my dream of establishing my own cottage bakery. I have always held a deep appreciation for gourmet foods, and my previous professional experiences include working in high-end and well-regarded restaurants.
Now, with the steadfast support of my husband, I am pleased to share my passion with our esteemed community.
At BakeHaven Cottage, we are committed to offering a delightful assortment of gourmet donuts, cake rolls, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, pastries, and custom cakes for any special occasion. Our selections blend modern and traditional favorites with exquisite Filipino flavors, promising a truly memorable culinary experience for our valued customers.
Capabilities & Pricing
Pastries like cake rolls, cake donuts, cupcakes, muffins, and more will be sold individually, in packs of 2, 4, 6 or by a dozen, with prices ranging from $5 to $35.
Custom cakes start at $35.00. Kindly note that custom cakes require a 2-week notice.
Please be informed that pre-order payments are required to be settled at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

How Early Should I Order?
We kindly request that you place your pre-order from Sunday to Wednesday. The pickup and delivery days will be Friday and Saturday. For your convenience, we offer delivery services within a 5-mile radius for a nominal fee of $5 and $10 for locations beyond that. BakeHaven Cottage is conveniently located in Charles Town, West Virginia. Please note that custom cake and cupcake orders require a minimum of two weeks' notice to ensure the utmost attention to detail and quality. We look forward to the opportunity to make your special occasions even more memorable with our delectable creations.
How And Where Are My Baked Goods Made?
We are located in Charles Town, West Virginia. All our baked goods are meticulously packaged to guarantee freshness. Each order is lovingly prepared and decorated in a home kitchen where we handle various food items, including eggs, all types of nuts, dairy products, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, and wheat products. Please be advised that our products are produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. We are pleased to offer a limited selection of gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan baked goods upon request.
Shipping
We offer shipping for some of our baked goods. The shipping cost will be determined by the weight and packaging, in addition to the cost of the items.

As a full-time home baker with three children, I personally manage all aspects of my business. I kindly request your patience in receiving responses to emails and order inquiries, as I diligently work to fulfill each request.
