All cookies are baked in a licensed home kitchen inspected by the New Hampshire Department of Health. Each batch is made fresh to order with care and attention to detail. My cookies are vanilla sugar cookies, decorated with vanilla royal icing. I use artificial food coloring to achieve the bright and detailed designs you see in my work. Every cookie is individually heat-sealed for freshness and can be enjoyed for up to two weeks at room temperature (or longer if frozen). Pickup, Shipping, and Orders: Orders can be picked up in Atkinson, NH, with local delivery available depending on your location. Shipping is available for select cookie orders upon request. All shipped orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail to ensure they arrive fresh and in good condition. Shipping costs are based on order size and packaging needs. I ask for at least one week’s notice for all orders, and payment is required upfront to reserve your pickup or shipping date.

Cookie Care • Keep cookies at room temperature in a cool, dry place. • Do not refrigerate sealed cookies. They may absorb moisture and the icing could run or fade. • For best taste and texture, enjoy within 2 weeks of pickup (though they’re often good longer when sealed). • If displaying at a party, keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

All cookies are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the health department and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including: • Wheat • Eggs • Dairy • Soy • Tree nuts • Peanuts If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please reach out before ordering. While I do my best to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

Do you offer shipping? Yes! I offer shipping within the United States. Cookies are packaged carefully and shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives within 3-4 business days. Shipping costs are based on order size and packaging needs: • Small Orders (1–2 dozen): $12 • Medium Orders (3–4 dozen): $20 • Large Orders (5+ dozen): $30 Shipping fees are added to your total at the time of order. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information. Please note that I’m not responsible for delays or damage once the package is in USPS’s hands, but I package all cookies carefully to help them arrive safely. During warm weather, orders may include insulation and ice packs to protect the icing. These materials may slightly increase shipping costs depending on the destination and temperature at the time of shipping. Do you guarantee delivery dates? Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the hands of USPS. Weather, holidays, or postal delays are out of my control, but I’ll always ship with enough lead time to help your cookies arrive when you need them. Do you ship outside the U.S.? Not at this time - shipping is available within the U.S. only. What if my cookies arrive damaged or delayed? While I take great care in packaging, I’m not responsible for damage or delays once the cookies are in transit. If something goes wrong, please reach out - I’ll do my best to make it right where possible.
