Ingredients: Unbleached Bread flour, Water, Jalapeños, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Pink Himalayan Salt, Rice Flour (for dusting) *Sourdough bread requires a long and slow fermentation process because it is made with wild yeast. During long fermentation, the wild yeasts and beneficial bacteria in a sourdough starter work together to break down compounds in the flour that can be difficult for our bodies to process. This makes it easier to digest and improves its nutritional profile.

My name is Justine Lopez and I am the owner of Baked Mommy. This is a Latina owned business. I am currently ONLY offering local porch pickup in Walnut. NO DELIVERY at this time.
Baking with wholesome ingredients is my passion. I feed my customers with the same ingredients that feed my family. I take pride in my baked goods because they are all made with fresh, clean, and trustworthy ingredients. No preservatives, no seed oils, no store bought eggs and no filtered honey. The eggs I use are from Billy’s Egg Farm and the raw honey I use is from the local Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store where they harvest their honey in Temecula, CA. You can find all of the ingredients listed in the description of all of my baked goods. I am a one woman band so all of my products are handcrafted by me, with love, just for you!

Address for pick up will be provided on your invoice when your order is confirmed. When you arrive, I will have your order, labeled with your name, in my shaded porch pick up area.
