Order & Payment Policy

Thank you for your order!

To ensure the best quality and care, all orders should be placed at least one (1) week prior to your desired pickup or delivery date. Orders submitted less than one week in advance may be accommodated as rush orders, depending on availability, and will include a $20 rush order fee.

If your desired date is unavailable during the ordering process, you may submit a request to my designated email. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Deposit & Order Confirmation

To confirm and secure your order, a deposit is required within 24–72 hours of receiving your invoice. Deposits are non-refundable and must be made via PayPal or e-transfer.

Orders without a deposit within the required timeframe will be cancelled.

Final Payment Details
