Pickup is available on Friday’s between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. When you place your order, you’ll select your pickup date and on that day, your order will be ready for you to pick up anytime within the pick up window.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup is in Cypress, CA. The exact address will be provided after you place your order.
What if I have trouble placing an order or need help?

What if I can’t make my pickup window?
If you know ahead of time that you won’t be able to arrive during your pickup window, please text me at 909-268-6803 so we can make alternate arrangements.
Please understand that if you do not arrive during your pickup window and we do not hear from you, we will assume your order has been forfeited. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for baked goods that are not picked up.
How should I store my sourdough?
Sourdough keeps best at room temperature in a paper bag or bread box for 1–2 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze in a sealed bag — then toast straight from the freezer when you’re ready to enjoy.
How long will the bread last?
Fresh sourdough typically stays good for 3–4 days at room temperature, or much longer if frozen.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Depending on my baking schedule, I may be able to accommodate larger or off-schedule orders. Feel free to reach out and ask.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept Venmo and cash at pickup.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
At this time, I do not offer gluten-free breads (since all are made with wheat-based sourdough). Some items may be dairy-free or vegan depending on the recipe — check the menu each week for details.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on any pre-orders or baked goods. If you fail to pick up your order on the requested date and I do not hear from you, your order will be considered forfeited.
