Q: Do you deliver?
A: At this time, I offer pickup only.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place orders directly through my Bakesy shop.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order?
A: Please place your order 4 days in advance to guarantee availability.
Q: What if I miss pickup?
A: Orders not picked up within 1 day may not be held or refunded. Please contact me if we need to reschedule pickup.
Q: Do you make custom orders?
A: Yes, I can do custom flavors or designs with advance notice.
Q: Are your baked goods nut/egg/dairy/gluten free?
A: My products are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs. While I can accommodate some requests, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Q: How should I store my baked goods?
A:
• Cookies: Best enjoyed within 2–3 days at room temperature in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 2 months—just let them thaw at room temp before enjoying.
• Breads: Keep at room temperature for up to 4 days, tightly wrapped. For longer storage, slice and freeze; reheat slices in the toaster or oven.
• Muffins/Cakes: Store covered at room temperature for 2–3 days. Refrigerate if you prefer, but for best flavor and texture, allow to come to room temperature before serving. Muffins and cakes also freeze well—wrap individually for up to 2 months.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is accepted through Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, or cash at pickup. Orders must be paid in full to confirm.
Q: Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
A: Orders are non-refundable once placed, but please reach out if there’s an issue.
