Do you require a deposit?
Yes — all pre-sale items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order to secure your spot.
Classic and seasonal cookies ordered directly through Bakesy must be paid in full at time of order.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Classic and seasonal cookies can be ordered anytime before Wednesday at 10:00 est for delivery/pick-up/shipping Thursday - Saturday.
Pre-sale items have a deadline , and holiday menus often sell out quickly — order early!
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes — pick-up details will be confirmed once your order is placed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! All orders over $15 can be delivered to Southport, Homecroft, Greenwood and downtown Indy. Pick-up or shipping are also available options.
Do you take custom requests?
I focus on classic, seasonal, and curated pre-sale menus. Custom orders may be available depending on my calendar — reach out to see if I can accommodate.
