All prices listed are starting rates. Final price will be based on flavour, design and size. For packages please contact us. Please note when filling out a request order questionnaire, this does not mean your order has been placed. We will reach out to you and finalize details, an invoice will be sent to proceed with the order. Please note we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Your order is not confirmed until we receive a deposit . Deposit must be made within 24h of receiving an invoice to ensure a smooth ordering process. Failure to receive deposit within 24h may result in availability given to the next customer. Final payment must be made 24 hours before pick up/delivery . Delivery price is based on km(distance). Please kindly add your delivery address into the notes when filling out the order questionnaire. For any cancellations, we require 72 hours notice. If the proper notice is given, your deposit can be held as a credit for a rescheduled date. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us ASAP. We will do our best to remedy the situation. To receive a partial/full refund or credit, the items must be returned.
