For custom cakes and wedding cakes, I recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Smaller treats may require less notice, but the earlier the better!
Do you require a deposit ?
Yes, a non-refundable 50 % deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
Where are you located?
I’m a home-based bakery in Ellenwood, GA. For privacy and safety, my exact address will be shared once your order is confirmed.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to work with you depending on availability and timing.
What is your shipping policy ?
All cookie orders are shipped every Saturday to ensure freshness and consistent delivery schedules.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
