Is your bread made with dried yeast or wild yeast?
I only use wild yeast, or commonly known as sourdough starter.
What is in your bread?
Sourdough starter, bakers flour, Kangen Water, Himalayan salt.
Cinnamon Raisin Loaf has a cinnamon sugar mix (cinnamon, brown sugar & flour) and raisins through it.
Garlic, Herb & Cheese Loaf has garlic granules, Italian herb seasoning & tasty cheese.
American Cheddar & Jalapeno has exactly that.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Unfortunately no.
Do you have dairy free options?
Dairy free options are not available on my menu but I'm happy to sort out the request.
Please note, it will be extra for dairy free options.
Do you take bulk orders?
Kind of..
My bake limit for each bake day is 15 full loaves per bake day.
If your bulk order was for 1/2 or 1/4 loaves then it could most certainly be arranged.
