Baked By Noë has become my absolute favorite local bakery! I’ve tried everything from the banana bread and scones to muffins and sourdough, and every single item has been incredible. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients in every bite. Ordering is seamless—customizing an order is super simple, and contactless pickup is always smooth, timely, and convenient. Most recently, I tried the croissant sourdough, and it is a masterpiece: soft, flaky, and buttery in the center like a croissant, with that classic crunchy sourdough crust. While the regular sourdough and blueberry sourdough are a close second, this one stole the show. Highly recommend!

Incredible apple cinnamon roll texture perfect great balance of flavor. The pumpkin bread was even better moist and perfectly flavor not overly powered with cinnamon and pumpkin enhanced it bringing it together- excellent

I purchased the garlic sourdough and the jalapeño cheddar it was by far the most amazing sourdough I have had. My sister and daughter absolutely loved it. I am going to try more items. I totally recommend!

TheSourdough bread is absolutely WONDERFUL! Very tasty, moist inside and crunchy outside (crust). This is the second time ordering the Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough loaf. What a pleasure Noe was. We paid for delivery. She worked with me on the days available, let me know when she was on her way too. She is a pleasure to work with!

Everything was so good! I ordered the cinnamon rolls, sourdough tortillas, and chocolate chip cookies, and they were all delicious. The cinnamon rolls were so soft and buttery, the tortillas had the perfect texture, and the cookies were packed with yummy chocolate chunks. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a classic sourdough loaf, tortillas, and a slice of banana bread. She also threw in a coconut, pineapple banana bread. I got home. I tried the sample of the coconut, pineapple, banana bread, and it was decadent. I also use the tortilla for my Tikka masala as my pita that was delicious. I had tried a piece of the banana bread which was also good. I went back to the sample and finished it. I haven’t dugged into the sourdough bread yet, but I bet that is also good. I had easy, great communication with Noë. Thank for the delicious items.

This weekend was my second time ordering from Baked by Noë, and it will definitely not be my last! Her sourdough breads are incredible - I especially love her sourdough sandwich loaf! It was perfect for a tasty summer tomato sandwich. This week I ordered her banana bread and OMG! By far the best banana bread I have ever had - dense and moist and full of flavor! If you haven’t tried a tasty creation from Baked by Noë yet, you are missing out!

Discovered @nooksncrumb on IG local to Elk Grove. She has so many items on her menu - sourdough bread and different pastries such as cinnamon rolls and scones. I definitely want to try each item now that I had a taste of her delicious banana bread. I loved how heavy and large the piece was. The inside was very soft and amazing with every bite. She is a very talented baker and a can’t wait to try more. Super easy to order and quick to respond to my inquiry. Her availability for pick up was flexible as well. Thanks Noë!

Everything comes so cute and fancily packaged. You can taste the love in everything. From Sweet sweets to savory snacks. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for homemade baked goodies!!

I can't say enough good things! Their sourdough is perfection—crispy crust, soft interior—and don't even get me started on the blueberry bagels, maple scones, or pecan muffins. Every bite is just pure delight. And their chocolate chip cookies—to die for!

Such delicious sourdough! Noelle takes such time and meticulous effort into her sourdough offerings and it shows in the quality of her work. So far we have tried her regular sourdough loaf, jalapeño cheddar loaf and most recently, blueberry muffins. All exceeded my expectations!

I ordered a sourdough loaf and 6 cookies and they were perfection! The order was so fresh and still warm when I picked it up. I could barely wait to eat it as soon as I got home. I cannot recommend Baked by Noë enough!

I received a few orders from Baked By Noe and everything was so fresh and delicious. My favorites so far are the blueberry scones and Asiago bagels, but would gladly recommend anything on the menu. Definitely sending an order for more scones asap!
