About
Baked By Bunchy was inspired by a childhood dream of becoming a baker and a nickname given to me by my grandpa, who always called me “Bunchy.” After attending Johnson & Wales University and working at Carlo’s Bakery before moving into the restaurant industry, that dream became a reality. Baked By Bunchy is a Connecticut Cottage Food Operation specializing in sweet treats made with love, from classic chocolate chip cookies to homemade biscotti and more.
