Yes! All sugar cookies come individually bagged and heat sealed.
How long will the cookies last?
Your cookies will be just fine at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. No need to refrigerate. Should you have any left after that, they can be stored in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
When can I pickup?
For cookie pickup I have a ‘cookie cooler’ on the front porch that I use for pickup. I will reach out the day before your order is due to let you know your cookies are ready. You can come by between 8:30am - 6pm at your convenience to pickup from the cooler.
If you are picking up cupcakes or a cake, I will contact you to work out a time that works best for us both.
How far in advance should I order?
There is really no good answer for this! I would suggest that as soon as you have a date, reach out and let’s discuss your order. Sometimes I can fill orders on short notice and sometimes not, so please just ask!
Can you make this exact cake?
While inspiration pictures are great, they are just that, ‘inspiration’. I always like to add my own touch to every creation!
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit is due upon ordering. The balance would be due in full 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery (3 weeks for weddings). If we are already within the 2 week ‘timeframe’ then payment would be due in full ASAP.
Do you deliver?
Yes! As long as I am available, I can deliver for a fee.
Can I make changes to my order?
Order changes can be made up until 2 weeks prior to the pickup date. After that, all changes will be considered but no guarantees can be made.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of pickup/delivery.
