All orders are placed through my Bakesy shop. Once submitted, your order is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
How far in advance should I order?
The sooner, the better! My calendar fills quickly, especially around holidays and weekends. I recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance (or earlier when possible).
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Sometimes! Orders requested within 5 days of pickup are considered rush orders and may include an additional fee depending on availability.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes—custom orders require a minimum of 1 dozen cookies. Presale items may be purchased in smaller quantities as listed.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes must be made at least 5 days before pickup. After that, changes may not be possible.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Deposits are non-refundable, and orders canceled within 5 days of pickup are non-refundable.
If your plans change, I’m happy to freeze your order so you can use it at a later date—just let me know!
What happens if I miss pickup?
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up without communication may be donated.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
Cookies are heat sealed and stay fresh for 3–4 weeks unopened.
Can I freeze the cookies?
Yes! Cookies can be frozen while sealed and thawed at room temperature. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Do you offer dye-free or specialty ingredient options?
Yes, but these must be requested in advance and may include an additional fee.
Do you accommodate allergies or offer gluten free options?
Please notify me of any allergies when ordering. Cookies are made in a home kitchen where cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
I do not currently offer gluten-free cookies, but I hope to in the future once I have completed proper training for safe allergen handling.
