Hi Bee! I just wanted to reach out and offer an unsolicited review as a repeat customer. As you may recall, back in March, I ordered a three tiered strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate cake. After serving more than 50 guests and sharing with family the next day, I fortunately still had cake leftover. With that, the remainder of the cake spent a little more than two weeks on my kitchen counter stored in a pyrex dish with a lid. After the guilt of eating cake nearly every day for about two weeks, I decided to wrap the remainder in wax paper, aluminum foil, and a freezer bag to store in my freezer. Well today after having sort of a rough day, I decided there was no better way to relieve the stress than with the cake stashed in the back of the freezer! Nearly three months later, the cake is still delicious. It tastes as perfect as it did the day it was delivered. I have been eating frozen leftover cake forever and this by far was the best. The moisture of the cake and the texture and flavor of the icing remained intact. Moving forward, I will always order more than enough to ensure that I can always have some for now and later. This is truly the best cake ever! Thank you for helping to lift my spirits today and for being my favorite Baker! I cannot wait for my next order coming up next month for my birthday.
