Communication All inquiries and orders must be submitted through the official B. Bakehouse business page or booking link. Please refrain from contacting personal social media accounts regarding orders. A consultation is required prior to placing any custom cake order to ensure all details are confirmed. Orders & Availability Custom cake orders require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Party and wedding orders require a minimum of 3 months’ notice. Last-minute orders are not accepted. Payment & Deposits A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order. Invoices must be paid within 2 hours of being issued. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of your order. Final balances are due no later than 1 day prior to pickup. Order Changes Any changes made after an order has been confirmed may result in an additional fee. Pricing adjustments will be based on the nature and quantity of changes requested. Pickup & Delivery Pickup is required for all orders unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery is only available for select cake orders. All other items must be picked up at the designated location. Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals 30 minutes late without notice will incur a $20 late fee • Arrivals 1 hour or more late without communication will incur a $30 hourly late fee Order Responsibility Once your order has been picked up and leaves our possession, B. Bakehouse is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or changes in product quality. Cancellations All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made with at least 3 days’ notice may be issued a store credit, which must be used within 7 days of issuance.

B. Bakehouse – Wedding Policy At B. Bakehouse, wedding orders are handled with the utmost care, attention to detail, and planning to ensure a seamless experience for your special day. Booking & Availability Wedding orders require a minimum of 3 months’ notice. Due to limited availability, early booking is strongly recommended. Consultation A consultation is required for all wedding orders to discuss design, flavors, sizing, and overall vision. This ensures every detail is thoughtfully curated. Payment A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup. Design & Customization Each wedding cake is custom-designed. While inspiration photos may be shared, exact replication is not guaranteed. B. Bakehouse will create a final design that aligns with your vision while maintaining our signature style and quality. Changes & Final Details All final design details must be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. Any changes requested after this timeframe may not be accommodated and, if accepted, may result in additional fees. Delivery & Setup To ensure the highest level of quality, presentation, and care, delivery and professional setup are strongly recommended for all wedding orders. Wedding cakes are delicate and require proper handling, temperature control, and secure placement. Choosing delivery allows B. Bakehouse to ensure your cake arrives safely and is presented exactly as intended. Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on location and event requirements. If pickup is selected, the client assumes full responsibility for the order once it leaves our possession. B. Bakehouse is not responsible for any damage, shifting, or changes in condition during transport or after setup. Cancellations All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice may be issued a store credit at the discretion of B. Bakehouse.
