How does shipping work?
All cakes shipped outside of Indianapolis are frozen before being wrapped and boxed in protective, insulated packaging to maintain freshness and quality. Cakes are shipped via UPS Overnight Shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If you are outside of Indianapolis, you must select the UPS Overnight Shipping option. A separate invoice for your shipping fee will be sent via email. Both the order and shipping invoices must be paid in full before your order will be processed.
Cookies are also carefully packaged to stay fresh during transit, ensuring they arrive soft, chewy, and ready to enjoy.
How much is shipping ?
Overnight shipping is $26 Local shipping is free , however, for orders totaling $50 or more, shipping is free.
What happens if my order is damaged during pickup or transportation?
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure it leaves our bakery in perfect condition. If your order is damaged before leaving our pickup location, we will replace or fix it as needed. However, once the order has left our bakery, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation. We recommend handling your desserts with care, keeping cakes level, and avoiding excessive heat or movement during transport.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! Just make sure they have your order confirmation and name when picking up.
How should I store my baked goods?
Cakes & Cupcakes: Store in the fridge and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
Cookies & Brownies: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5–7 days for optimal freshness. For longer storage, they can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
Specialty Items: We’ll provide specific storage instructions upon pickup.
Can I get a different frosting than what’s listed?
No
Do you accept Apple Pay / Google Pay / Android Pay ?
Yes! Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Android Pay are all available payment options at our pickup location at the time of pickup.
Why can't I order just one cookie?
Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.
What are your shipping days?
We ship our goodies all over the USA. Shipping days are on Mondays. All orders received by the previous Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. Most orders will arrive between 1-4 business days.
Do you offer Catering
Yes! We cater everything from office meetings to birthday parties. Minimum order is 24 cupcakes or 5 dozen cookies. We do not offer custom decorations or messages. However, we do provide themed cake toppers upon request to match your event style.
