All orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Failure to pay your deposit will result in your order not being confirmed. Remaining balances are due 7 days prior to your pickup/delivery date. Failure to pay your remaining balance on its due date will result in cancellation of your order with no refund of your deposit. A flat rate delivery fee of $15 applies to all delivery orders. No exceptions. When booking, please include your name, date of event, description of your order, and reference pictures. Please note: reference pictures give me an idea of what you want. Everything will not be exactly the same. Once your order is picked up or delivered, you will receive a care instruction card. Please follow the directions listed. Once you receive your order, you are 100% responsible for the care and transportation of your order. Any order placed less than 14 days from the date needed is considered a rush order. For rush orders, additional fees apply based on the timeline: • 10-13 days: $25 • 5-9 days: $30 • 2-4 days: $35
