I’m quite critical when it comes comes to food. But I can confidently say baked buns are the best cinnamon buns yet.

Cinnamon rolls are one of my absolute favorite things in life. And I can say with confidence, after trying many around the city.. that this one is the best of them all! All the flavors are amazing, and I honestly couldn’t rank them because I love them all equally!

I'm not normally a fan of cinnamon buns, but these hit different. Within the first bite you can tell the effort put into these, would recommend them to EVERYONE.

And they are at markets across different venues so you can find them all over the place to meet your tastebud needs. The team behind the buns are amazing too! I came across Baked Buns at a market and since have followed them, stalked 😅, on Insta to see what markets they were on next. Genuinely the best, softest, flavourful cinnamon buns in Nottingham. The owners are lovely and are always willing to listen. They really make you feel appreciated. Will keep buying buns from them as long as they are in business. ☺️

Have now tried Biscoff, Jammy Dodger, Tiramisu, Pistachio and the traditional. The Biscoff was my wife’s favourite but the Jammy Dodger snuck it for me. Loved the natural one without frosting and the layers of cinnamon, which on its own is levels above any that we’ve tried elsewhere. Have already altered weekend plans twice to make it to a market and get more buns! It was appreciated that they’ve been reserved for us ready for collecting at markets and greeted with passionate guidance on heating them and for the best buns! Already looking forward to the next!

Soft, pillowy, dough, indulgent icing, variety of flavours. These are so so good and I'm a bit obsessed with them honestly!
