1. Deposit Policy: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your order.

2. Pickup Time:

•Monday - Friday: 5:45 PM - 9:00 PM

•Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

3. Order Lead Time: Please place your order at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.

4. Deposit Deadline: Deposit is due within 48 hours of placing your order inquiry to confirm your booking.

5. Final Payment: Final payment is due 3 days before the scheduled pickup date.

6. Late/Rush Orders: Orders placed less than 1 week ahead of time are considered late/rush orders and will incur an additional $20 - $50 charge to the grand total.

7. Delivery Options: Delivery options are available for an extra charge. Please inquire for details.

8. Order Quantity: All treat orders are made by the dozen.

9. Add-Ons: Add-ons such as decorations or customizations are optional and not required.
