This sourdough starter is a 225-year-old French 🇫🇷 sourdough starter that has been passed down through generations. I received it from someone whose family owns a bakery in France that has been using the same starter for centuries. It is feed with a blend of King Arthur Whole Wheat and King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour. You will receive one cup of fed starter in a 32oz Mason jar that you then can use as your starter jar! Additional cups of starter will be $10 per cup. It will also include a scanable QR code to starter resources!
